Systems-Wide Pharmacy Performance Improvement Leader

Baptist Health in LaGrange, KY seeks a Manager of Pharmacy Performance Improvement to lead system-wide initiatives across hospitals, HOPDs, ASCs, and FSEDs from the Central Pharmacy. You will partner with pharmacy, nursing, medical, quality, risk, and operations to identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies. The role requires 5+ years in pharmacy performance improvement with knowledge of Lean, PDSA, RCA, and AHRQ patient safety principles; you will mentor leaders and ensure #J-18808-Ljbffr Baptist Health
