Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Industrial will:

• Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and team members to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets and manage cost controls to ensure financial targets are met.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders.
• Support on-site project management to address challenges and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in managing project risks and implementing solutions to mitigate potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Industrial should have:

• Experience with building and construction project coordination within the business services industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
