In this role, you will: - Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs and services. - Provide leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team of professionals. - Ensure that all services align with Golden Age Foundation’s mission and values. - Monitor program outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with community partners to expand resources and support for clients. - Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in clinical care.

We’re looking for someone who brings: - A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or leadership role. - Strong understanding of mental health, family support, and community-based care. - Exceptional leadership and communication skills. - A commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative environment. - The ability to think strategically and adapt to evolving needs.
