Senior Financial AnalystLocation: Larkin Bldg @ Exchange Street Location of Job : US:NY:Buffalo Work Type : Full-Time Shift 1Job DescriptionAnalysis & Reporting: responsible for the generation of internal reporting of clinical/financial/operational data. Gathers and interprets relevant information, develops the analyses and reports out to support system initiatives. Performs other assigned tasks including trend analysis, product line reporting, payroll analysis and special projects as needed. Advises and trains other analysts. Analyzes and interprets financial and statistical reports using historical and budget data, makes recommendations. Proactively contribute to the refinement of the reporting process and provide in-depth analysis and expertise. Perform analytics of advanced complexity, with the ability to prepare and deliver presentations on analyses and give recommendations to key stakeholders. Budgeting and Long-Term Planning: Responsible for the build-out and modification of the budget during all phases. Maintains proficiencies in understanding the construction and interconnectivities of the budget, making adjustments as needed to general ledger/payroll/statistical models to drive the budget process to completion. Create and analyze monthly budget reports, volume/pricing trends, budget to actual variances and other ad-hoc reports. Assist in the long term planning process. Act as a subject matter expert and consistently improve processes. Data Management: Responsible for maintaining Kaleida's internal reporting databases and data tables, including iterative updates and audits. Act as a consultant with internal stakeholders to initiate, coordinate and provide knowledge using available data and analytical tools. Create audit reporting and refine methodologies to maintain the integrity of the databases and ensure accurate data is being provided. Maintain primary ownership of specific functions and on occasion oversee analysts for the purpose of reviewing work product, training and feedback.Education And CredentialsBA - Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field required.
