Registered Nurse (RN) FLOAT POOL Full-Time Night Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool Night Location: St. Louis, MO (St. Charles, Town & Country, Richmond Heights, Bridgeton, Lake St. Louis). Works between Inpatient Rehab (SSM Health Rehab Hospitals) and Critical Illness (Select Specialty Hospitals). Schedule: Full-Time Night 7p-7a (must work every 3rd weekend). Schedules made 6 weeks at a time. Compensation: $50-$60 hourly + shift differentials $7 night and $3.50 weekend. Sign-on bonus: $15,000 NO COMMITMENT. Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems. Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry. Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. Competence in Rapid Response and code events. Instruct and counsel patients/families. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License. BLS is required at hire. ACLS is required within 6 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications 2 years clinical experience; at least 1 year experience in acute care or LTAC. Clinical experience: Med/surg, Telemetry, Step Down, PCU, Trauma, Acute Rehab.
