ETHICS & COMPLIANCE ANALYST

Position Description Leads complex compliance initiatives, conducting investigations and providing subject-matter expertise. Works with significant independence and cross-functional influence. Essential Job Tasks Lead the enterprise-wide inventory of compliance-required functions. Co-develops the compliance monitoring program, including methodologies and reporting. Oversees the policy management program. Leads enhancements to the COI program, including integration into the unified Code of Conduct. Conducts or leads ethics investigations, including sensitive cases. Prepares high-level reports for leadership and governance bodies. Serves as a core member of the GRC implementation team. Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field + 2 years experience in compliance, legal, audit, or related field required. Must have experience coordinating policy reviews or compliance workflows. Experience supporting investigations or compliance assessments preferred. Experience with compliance systems or document management tools is beneficial. Compensation Information $67,720 - $105,210 (min. - mid.)
