This role offers the opportunity to shape next-generation digital experiences powered by artificial intelligence.
You will translate product strategy into customer-focused solutions, from problem discovery and design through launch and continuous improvement.
Working in a fast-moving and collaborative environment, you will partner with engineering, UX, architecture, data, and business teams.
The position combines hands-on product leadership with data-driven decision-making and experimentation.
You will help identify opportunities for Generative AI and agentic technologies and guide promising concepts toward responsible production use.

Accountabilities

• Own and execute a prioritized product roadmap aligned with strategic objectives, customer needs, business value, and measurable outcomes.

• Translate complex customer and business challenges into clear problem statements, product requirements, and success criteria.

• Manage cross-functional demand by clarifying intent, evaluating opportunities, making tradeoffs transparent, and prioritizing work based on expected value.

• Partner closely with engineering, UX, architecture, data, and business stakeholders to move products from concept through delivery and continuous improvement.

• Use customer research, analytics, and raw data to identify insights, challenge assumptions, measure performance, and inform product and roadmap decisions.

• Advocate for intuitive, effective user experiences and contribute meaningfully to solution design throughout the product lifecycle.

• Identify opportunities to apply AI, including Generative AI and agentic technologies, to solve customer problems and improve digital experiences.

• Rapidly experiment with emerging AI capabilities, assess their potential, and help transition successful concepts into scalable and responsible production solutions.

• Establish clear success metrics and use retrospectives, data, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve products and team outcomes.

• Take hands-on ownership of execution, proactively addressing ambiguity, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on product management experience with a strong record of taking products or capabilities from concept through execution.

• Experience working with AI technologies and platforms such as Google, Anthropic, Azure, or AWS; experience scaling AI-powered products is a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of Agile product development practices and experience working effectively in iterative, cross-functional environments.

• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces while maintaining focus on customer and business outcomes.

• Strong data literacy, including the ability to independently analyze and query data to uncover insights and inform product decisions.

• Proven skills in product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, product design, product development, and stakeholder management.

• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities, with the ability to frame complex problems and identify practical, high-value solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Curiosity about emerging technologies and a willingness to experiment with AI and modern product-development tools.

• Strong execution mindset, initiative, adaptability, and ability to make informed tradeoffs in fast-changing environments.

• Annual compensation of $110,000–$181,025 , based on experience and qualifications.
