Senior Customer Service Coordinator in Houston, TX

HOYER Group, a leader in logistics solutions for bulk liquids, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Houston. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that we meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for customers in the IBC Logistics sector.
• Manage the operational execution of rental, transport, and depot orders, including the maintenance and communication of order-related information.
• Coordinate rental and logistics orders with customers, and issue depot, workshop, and cleaning orders.
• Prepare invoices for services rendered.
• Handle customer inquiries and manage a portfolio of clients in collaboration with the sales team.
• Organize the return of equipment at the end of the contract, including transport, cleaning, and repair estimates.
• Interface between sales, technicians, depots, cleaning stations, and transporters.
• Manage customer complaints and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Ensure administrative and commercial support in collaboration with the Head of IBC US.

Requirements:

• 10 years of Customer Service experience.
• 5-10 years experience in the rental business process.
• 5 years experience in the IBC/packaging industry.
• Successfully completed commercial training, preferably as a freight forwarding and logistics clerk or office clerk.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor.
• Independent, responsible working style and team spirit.
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
