A growing organization is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional who enjoys working with numbers, ensuring accuracy, and keeping payroll processes running smoothly. What You’ll Do Process biweekly or weekly payroll accurately and on time Review and verify timekeeping, payroll changes, deductions, and adjustments Maintain employee payroll records and ensure accurate data entry Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee questions Process payroll-related reporting, reconciliations, and tax documentation Partner with HR and Accounting on payroll-related activities Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 reporting What We’re Looking For 2+ years of payroll experience Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong Excel and data-entry skills Experience with payroll and/or HRIS software Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet strict deadlines Why Consider This Opportunity?
