Conservation Specialist
Thomasville, GA  l  $15.00 / Hour 

We are seeking a dedicated Conservation Specialist  for a well-known insurance company. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Your primary goal will be to understand client needs, address concerns, and implement strategies to enhance client loyalty and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance calls with all new policyholders
• Ensure all policy information is accurate before concluding call
• Ensure all policy changes are documented via audio recording
• Document all policy-related calls in policy notes
• Responsible for maintaining Excel spreadsheet with accurate notes
• Responsible for notifying agents of any policy related changes to their clients

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree preferred
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

Location: Thomasville, GA

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
