We are hiring full time Lead Restoration Technicians.

Job Description

Emergency response and Mitigating properties, including but not limited to construction sites, residential, commercial buildings, schools, health care facilities and Goverment buildings damaged by Flood, Fire, Mold, trauma, and natural disaster.

Demolition, carpet cleaning, smoke cleaning, Mold remediation, Board up, water extraction, crime scene trauma clean up.

Structural drying, moisture mapping

The employee must regularly lift and/or move between 25-50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle material, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or occasionally crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit.

• Communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers.
• Manage jobs according to Palace Restoration processes and ensure quality control while completing jobs accordingly.
• Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities.
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
• Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
• Drive Company Vehicles including oversized box trucks.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, and mold) is Required.
• IICRC curreny Water Damage technician certification is Required.
• Excellent communicator, both verbally and written
• Ability to work with people in a professional manner
• Maintains a valid and current Colorado driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
• Pass motor vehicle report background check with clean driving record
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous
• Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
• Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
• Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
