- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries. \n
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence. \n
- Organize and maintain case files and legal records. \n
- Assist attorneys with discovery, due diligence, and case preparation. \n
- Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders. \n
- Track deadlines, hearings, filings, and case-related tasks. \n
- Prepare legal documents and supporting materials for hearings and meetings. \n
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable legal and organizational requirements. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field. \n
- Relevant paralegal/legal experience preferred. \n
- Strong legal research, writing, organization, and communication skills. \n
- Proficiency with MS Office and legal research/document-management tools. \n
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
