Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant or Paralegal

Overview The Weingarten Law Firm LLC Attorney at Law We're currently seeking a strong full time Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant or Paralegal to work on highly complex and monetarily significant matters. Salary will commensurate with experience Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Handling commerial loan closing checklists; Preparing resolutions for borrowers and guarantors, affidavits of title, opinion letters, escrow letters, and organizational charts; Communicating with lenders’ counsel and title companies; Organizing executed loan documents; Preparing deeds and transfer forms; Preparing contract amendments, master deeds, bylaws, joint venture agreements, etc. (these tasks would entail gathering information and preparing forms, but not reviewing documents substantively, which our attorneys will handle); and Forming new entities, obtaining EINs, and preparing operating agreements. Qualifications Qualifications: 6+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in a commercial setting. Strong understanding of real estate law, loan documentation, and closing procedures. Strong experience handling commercial loan closings Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Careful attention to detail and support senior attorneys.
