What You'll Do

As a General Laborer, you'll play a key role in helping remanufacture automotive transmissions while supporting production teams across the facility.

Your day may include:

• Working with mechanical parts and assemblies
• Using hand and power tools
• Following blueprints and work instructions
• Supporting production and assembly operations
• Organizing materials and equipment
• Assisting multiple departments as needed
• Maintaining safety and quality standards

Every day brings a variety of tasks, keeping the work engaging and hands-on.

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing or production experience

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Experience using hand and power tools

Ability to read blueprints or assembly instructions

Team player with a strong work ethic

Automotive or mechanical experience is a plus

Work Environment

This is a hands-on position in an automotive manufacturing facility. Employees work with transmission components and mechanical assemblies in a fast-paced environment while following safety guidelines and quality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
