Accounts Payable Analyst

Key Responsibilities Review and enter all invoices into accounting systems Obtain management level approval and all supporting documentation on all invoices received Perform weekly check runs and ad hoc wire requests Reconcile vendor statements and discrepancies, acting as liaison between departments and vendors in the resolution of problems and inquiries Maintain AP files, accounts and logs, produce metrics and other reports as needed Auditing and processing of employee expense reports for payment Performs various miscellaneous projects and assignments as needed on an ad-hoc basis Requirements 1-5 years professional experience Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution Detail and task-oriented Strong work ethic and a team player Excellent communication and organizational skills a must Accounting experience is a plus Knowledge of standard accounts payable policies, procedures, and regulations Ability to understand and interpret vendor invoices, statements, and other requests for payment Knowledge of general accounting principles a plus Advanced MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel Knowledge of Concur a plus Skyview offers a competitive base salary and bonus based on experience and performance.
