About the Role: Ascent Hospitality is seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Corporate Marketing & Social Media Manager to help strengthen our corporate brand and drive marketing initiatives across our growing hotel portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives on content creation, social media, storytelling, branding, digital marketing, and community engagement. Based at our Buford, GA corporate office , this position will work closely with corporate leadership, hotel teams, sales, and operations to develop compelling marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement, and visibility across our properties. The ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically, execute creatively, and turn ideas into action. What You Will Do: Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies and campaigns across Ascent Hospitality’s hotel portfolio. Manage and grow corporate and property-level social media presence through engaging, consistent, and brand-aligned content. Create compelling content including social media posts, graphics, videos, email campaigns, promotional materials, presentations, and digital assets. Develop and maintain a consistent and professional Ascent Hospitality brand identity across digital and marketing channels. Collaborate with hotel leadership, Sales, HR, and Operations to support property-specific marketing and business initiatives. Promote hotel openings, renovations, events, amenities, promotions, community involvement, awards, employee stories, and other company initiatives. Develop creative campaigns to support recruitment, employer branding, guest engagement, and hotel visibility. Build relationships with local businesses, tourism organizations, community partners, media, and other strategic contacts. Monitor social media trends, digital marketing opportunities, and emerging platforms to identify new ways to increase engagement. Track social media and marketing performance and provide recommendations based on results. Coordinate photography, videography, creative assets, promotional materials, and marketing resources. Support company-wide events, hotel openings, job fairs, community initiatives, and promotional activities. Travel approximately 25% to Ascent Hospitality properties and events as needed. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field highly preferred. 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, hospitality, communications, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, digital marketing, and brand development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a strong eye for visual presentation. Experience creating content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working with senior leadership, hotel teams, external partners, and community organizations. Strong photography/video content skills are a plus. Hospitality, hotel, tourism, or multi-property marketing experience is a plus. Knowledge of the Georgia hospitality and business community is a plus. Must be comfortable working onsite Monday–Friday and traveling approximately 25% .
