Social Media Marketing Manager

Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Hybrid (Williamsburg, Brooklyn + Remote) Type: 4~5 days per week About the Role Loaf on Paper is looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Manager to help grow our brand and community. This role will work closely with the managment and our team to develop and execute marketing initiatives across social media, email, events, workshops, and in-store campaigns. We’re looking for someone who understands our visual identity, loves stationery and café culture, has a strong attention to detail, values community-building, and is excited to bring new ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok Provide strategic input and creative suggestions for content creation Script and edit videos tailored to each platform's style and audience Track and analyze performance metrics to inform and refine content strategy Coordinate in-store events, workshops, pop-ups and brand collaborations launch. Collaborate with store and café teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all channels 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media strategy, or brand development A genuine appreciation for the little things, paired with a strong eye for detail Self-disciplined, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends Strong skills in scripting, photography, video creation, and storytelling across platforms Excellent organizational and time-management skills Flexible hours with a hybrid work environment Compensation: $25–$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications PTO Health insurance 401(k) matching Staff discounts on shop and café items Creative freedom within a supportive and collaborative team #J-18808-Ljbffr Niconeco
