Solutions Consultant (Pharma Focus)

To support the adoption of Qualio's platform, the full-time Solutions Consultant (Pharma Focus) will engage with prospective and existing life sciences customers, demonstrating the value of the AI-driven compliance solutions while training sales and customer success teams, all within a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows to demonstrate how Qualio's solutions can transform operations Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the benefits of Qualio's compliance solutions Train and enable sales and customer success teams on industry trends and product features to enhance customer engagement Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in a SaaS/AI-native pre-sales and/or Quality Management role within life sciences Solid understanding of GxP frameworks, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 9001, with pharmaceutical industry experience preferred Hands-on familiarity with AI applications in business processes Proven ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including C-level stakeholders Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively
