Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments to formulate an individualized treatment plan.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans effectively with patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in setting realistic and achievable goals.
• Exhibit expertise in implementing tailored treatment protocols using evidence-based practices that adapt to both the patient's needs and the evolving healthcare landscape.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Certify in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association.
