This role plays a critical part in expanding access to high-quality GI services through strengthening referral relationships between primary care and specialty providers and our gastroenterologists located in Lansdowne.If you’re hands-on, data-savvy, and passionate about healthcare growth — we want to meet you.What You’ll DoAs a Growth Specialist, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground partner to practice leadership and physicians as you bolster referral patterns and seek out new partnerships within your assigned territory.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit referring physician clinics on a weekly basis and partner with providers to create streamlined referral processes that improve access to gastroenterology careExecute growth initiatives aligned with strategic practice plansIdentify healthcare market trends and growth opportunities through research and analysisBuild and maintain trusted relationships with referring physicians, practice leadership, scheduling teams, and internal stakeholdersParticipate in scheduled growth calls in partnership with the Market VP teamDevelop and maintain marketing materials and referral relationship tools in partnership with marketing department leadershipSupport growth-focused operational and partnership meetingsProvide insights for budget planning and forecasted growth opportunitiesTrack performance metrics for assigned practices and endoscopy suitesServe as a visible, growth-focused liaison within assigned marketsMaintain working knowledge of CPT codes and payer reimbursement structuresEnsure full compliance with regulatory and training requirementsTravel locally within assigned markets – up to 90% of the part-time scheduleWhat Success Looks LikeYou’ll know you’re succeeding when you:Increase new physician referral sources within your territoryPartner with and maintain existing referral sources within your territoryMaintain at least 90% referral retentionContribute to year-over-year revenue growth across assigned practicesAchieve 100% compliance with regulatory and training standardsWhat You BringEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field3+ years of experience in growth, business development, or healthcare strategyProven track record of implementing growth strategies with measurable resultsExperience analyzing data to drive decision-makingFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and growth platformsSkills & AbilitiesStrong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionExceptional relationship-building and communication skillsStrategic thinker with hands-on execution abilityProficiency with CRM systems and growth-tracking toolsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProactive problem solver who thrives on opportunityWhy One GI?At One GI, we are committed to expanding access to exceptional gastroenterology care while supporting our physicians and practices with strong operational and growth infrastructure.
