We’re looking for a strategic, high motivated Recruiter to help grow our Insurance Agent hiring engine. This role is a great fit for someone who is excited to build strong fundamentals in high-volume hiring, has experience managing evergreen recruiting funnels, and help build a strong recruiting brand that will be used to support a repeatable sourcing strategy for licensed insurance talent. You’ll hire for our Insurance agency, including Agents, Managers, Quality Assurance and more, at scale by planning and executing industry events, sourcing candidates, running efficient screens, partnering closely with hiring managers and the team to improve process and results over time. This is not a “post-and-pray” recruiting role, you’ll be part of a fast-moving hiring function where strategic sourcing, industry involvement and partnership with leadership will be just as important as maintaining high volume hiring classes. Please note this a permanent, full-time hybrid role, based out of our Phoenix, AZ office. What You’ll Do Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Insurance Agency roles Source candidates across a variety of channels, including: Job boards Industry communities and licensing channels Referrals Events, meetups, and in-person recruiting opportunities Help manage a high-volume recruiting funnel with clear follow-up expectations and candidate touch points Maintain and update hiring team trainings and recruiting resources Partner with Consumer Operations leaders to understand hiring needs and keep candidates moving through the process Run structured, candidate-first phone screens at scale Track recruiting activity and funnel metrics, including outreach, response rates, screen volume, conversion, and speed Represent the company at recruiting events, job fairs, and industry gatherings as needed Test new sourcing ideas, share what’s working, and help document repeatable processes Maintain accurate candidate records and follow-up in the ATS What We’re Looking For 5+ years of recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, sales, customer-facing, or high-volume hiring experience Interest in recruiting licensed insurance agents or frontline sales talent Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly with candidates Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high volume of candidate activity Curious about recruiting funnels, conversion rates, and process improvement Experience using an ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar is a plus Ability to learn new tools, processes, and sourcing channels quickly Willingness to attend recruiting events or job fairs as needed Bias toward action, follow-through, and continuous improvement Why This Role Is Different You’ll help build a scalable hiring engine for one of the company’s most important roles You’ll get hands-on experience in high-volume recruiting, sourcing, candidate assessment, and funnel management You’ll work closely with experienced recruiting and business partners who can help you grow You’ll have room to test ideas, learn quickly, and make a measurable impact You’ll build strong recruiting fundamentals in a fast-moving, high-growth environment If you’re energized by pace, people, and learning how to build recruiting systems that scale, we’d love to meet you.
