Role Overview

This LPN day-shift contract offers a high-volume, full-time schedule for a dependable nurse who delivers consistent, skilled care. You'll work closely with RNs and clinical staff to support patient treatment plans, maintain safety, and ensure accurate documentation throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Medication administration and adherence to facility protocols
• Patient assessments including monitoring conditions and reporting changes
• Wound care, dressing changes, and routine nursing procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans
• Accurate charting and communication with supervising nurses

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum one year of recent LPN experience preferred
