Base pay range $24.00/hr - $27.00/hr The Bookkeeper will support day-to-day accounting and administrative functions for a small operation. This role focuses on basic bookkeeping tasks, AP/AR processing, and record keeping, with low transaction volume and straightforward accounting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Process and file invoices and financial documents Manage routine bill payments (utilities such as electric, cable, water, etc.) Track receivables, with occasional increases during peak periods Calculate and track employee hours for payroll submission (payroll is outsourced) Maintain accurate financial records for approximately 40 units Perform basic data entry and reporting using Excel Support general bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed Systems & Tools QuickBooks Desktop Microsoft Excel Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing #J-18808-Ljbffr Search Solution Group
