Shipping & Order Entry Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Pack, stage, label, and ship customer orders
• Coordinate carriers, schedules, and tracking updates with Sales
• Prepare and verify shipping paperwork and documentation
• Enter and process sales/job orders accurately
• Create and maintain BOMs, job travelers, and job packets
• Organize and distribute production job orders and drawings
• Track inventory, will-call items, and inter-facility transfers
• Communicate daily with Sales, Production, Inventory, and Invoicing
• Resolve order, material, and shipping issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate production and shipping schedules

Shipping & Order Entry Coordinator Qualifications:

• Prior shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing coordination experience required
• Experience with ERP or job/order entry systems required
• Strong data entry and attention to detail required
• Basic Excel and computer skills required
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate across teams
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
