Admissions & Medical Records Coordinator

Four Chaplains Nursing Care Center is seeking an Admissions Assistant to serve as the front-line representative during the admissions process. You will help complete paperwork, back up communications with medical personnel, residents, and families, and maintain medical records in line with federal and state guidelines.
