Deputy Campaign Manager – Kristian Carranza For State Representative HD-118 Kristian Carranza for Texas is looking for a dedicated Deputy Campaign Manager to help our team win in the most competitive State House race in Texas. The Deputy Campaign Manager reports directly to the Campaign Manager and helps run the day-to-day operations of the campaign, with a strong emphasis on managing the finance program and paid field operations. This is a full-time position based in San Antonio, TX. Election Day is November 3, 2026. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy in collaboration with the Campaign Manager. Monitor fundraising progress, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure the financial needs of the campaign are met. Own fundraising projections and cash flow in conjunction with the Campaign Manager. Manage the Deputy Finance Director on all aspects of the finance program. Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events. Ensure seamless event logistics, engaging programming, and meaningful donor interactions. Oversee the paid canvassing program and volunteer organizing program. Manage office logistics and campaign inventory, including literature, yard signs, office supplies. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Applicants must have at least 1-2 cycles as a Finance Director, Deputy Finance Director, and/or Field Director. Strong knowledge of finance and field tools such as Numero, ActBlue, and Votebuilder. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and an ability to prioritize multiple assignments. Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays in 2026.
