Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a senior clinical sales representative to support robotic technology launches at customer accounts. The role involves training surgical teams, developing account-specific implementation plans, and providing clinical support to ensure sustainable adoption of the ROSA system and related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account-specific technology launch plans for sustainable local support
- Lead surgical team training on ROSA system and related technologies for surgeons, staff, and administrators
- Coordinate system installations, in-service training, and clinical support during initial cases
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive communication and professional engagement
- Support technology upgrades and complete required administrative and documentation duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred
- Minimum 4 years of clinical sales experience
- 1+ year of orthopedic or joint replacement sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated presentation and product demonstration skills
- Proven track record of achieving results
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 base salary plus $75,000 incentive
