Personal Injury Attorney — Build Your Career. Lead a Team. Own the Outcome. We Don’t Hire Average AttorneysAt our firm, a blend of talent and work ethic is valued. We’re looking for attorneys who are hungry to learn, determined to improve, and willing to do what others won’t. We believe exceptional careers are built through discipline, preparation, accountability, and effort—not entitlement or ego. Our growing boutique personal injury law firm is looking for a bilingual California attorney who wants more than just another legal job. We’re looking for someone who wants to become an exceptional plaintiff’s attorney, develop into a leader, and build a career where initiative, growth, and results are recognized. We provide the clients, the cases, the training, the technology, the mentorship, and the support team. You bring integrity, sound judgment, compassion, resilience, and an exceptional work ethic. We are looking for someone who embraces difficult challenges, takes ownership without being asked, and is driven to improve every single day. Your job is to become the best attorney and leader you can be—not to worry about marketing, client acquisition, or building a law firm from scratch. We don’t expect you to know everything on your first day. We do expect you to arrive every day prepared, curious, accountable, and willing to outwork yesterday’s version of yourself. We will teach you how to evaluate personal injury claims, develop winning case strategies, negotiate effectively with insurance carriers, litigate confidently, and deliver an exceptional client experience. As your experience grows, you’ll learn to lead your own case pod—a dedicated team consisting of an attorney, paralegal, case manager, and legal assistant working toward shared goals and exceptional client outcomes. We will support you at every turn. Leadership here isn’t simply about assigning work. It’s about developing people, creating accountability, solving problems, making sound decisions, and helping your team succeed. This is an opportunity to learn how to build and lead a high-performing legal team without having to generate clients, finance cases, or build the infrastructure yourself. Ready to Build Something Bigger Than a Job?If you’re ambitious, resilient, coachable, and ready to become an exceptional plaintiff’s attorney and leader, we’d like to meet you. We’ll provide the clients. We’ll provide the mentorship. We’ll provide the systems. You bring the work ethic and your effort will be rewarded. You bring the commitment to become exceptional. • What We Offer Together, we’ll build an extraordinary career. Please submit your résumé and a brief note explaining why personal injury law interests you and what you hope to accomplish during the next stage of your career. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and believe diverse experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives make our team stronger. A steady caseload—no book of business required. Individualized mentorship from experienced plaintiff’s attorneys. Structured training with proven systems and processes. Dedicated paralegal and legal assistant support. A clear path toward leading your own case pod. Competitive salary with robust performance-based bonuses. Health insurance. Health Savings Account (HSA). 401(k) retirement plan. Paid holidays. Generous paid vacation and sick leave. Private office. Modern, fully digital systems and technology. Remote-work flexibility when appropriate. Biannual team-building events and firm outings. Advancement based on readiness, leadership, performance, and results—not seniority. Compensation- Base Salary: $100,000–$135,000, plus robust performance bonuses and incentives. Compensation is based on experience, performance, and results. Responsibilities: • What You’ll Do With individualized mentorship, structured training, and the support of an experienced legal team, you will: Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial. Evaluate claims and develop effective litigation and negotiation strategies. Build trusted relationships with clients through clear, compassionate communication. Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel. Prepare demands, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Propound and respond to written discovery. Prepare for and take depositions. Conduct legal research. Appear in court as appropriate. Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences, and trial. Work closely with paralegals and legal assistants. Establish priorities, delegate effectively, and maintain accountability across your case pod. Develop the leadership skills necessary to build and manage a high-performing legal team. You will not simply receive a stack of files and be told to “figure it out.” We will teach you our systems, explain the reasoning behind them, review your work, provide feedback, and help you develop the confidence to make sound legal decisions independently. What Success Looks Like During your first year, you will: Learn our proven systems for evaluating and managing personal injury cases. Develop confidence negotiating directly with insurance carriers and defense attorneys. Build strong litigation skills through mentorship and practical experience. Learn how to prioritize competing demands while maintaining exceptional client service. Become a trusted advisor to your clients. Develop the leadership skills necessary to lead your own case pod. Grow into an attorney capable of independently managing increasingly complex cases. Success here isn’t measured simply by the number of files you manage. Success is measured by your preparation, your judgment, your leadership, your client relationships, and your willingness to do the work others avoid. We believe extraordinary client results are rarely the product of luck or brilliance alone—they are earned through consistent preparation, attention to detail, and a relentless commitment to improvement. Qualifications: • Who We’re Looking For Our best attorneys share one defining characteristic: They outwork expectations. The ideal candidate: Has a persistent work ethic and takes pride in consistently exceeding expectations. Shows initiative instead of waiting for direction. Takes ownership of problems and follows them through to resolution. Is hungry to learn, improve, and earn increasing responsibility. Works collaboratively while holding themselves to a high personal standard. Understands that every client deserves an attorney who is fully invested in their case. • Qualifications Believes success is earned through discipline, consistency, and perseverance—not shortcuts.
