The Human Resources Specialist will be a key partner to hiring managers, helping manage a steady volume of open positions while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Specialist

• Support recruitment activities by pulling applications, screening candidates, coordinating phone screens, and scheduling interviews as the Human Resources Specialist
• Manage job postings through Clear Company, Indeed, and related platforms, distributing applications and gathering hiring manager feedback as the Human Resources Specialist
• Perform HR data entry, including I9 verification, benefits eligibility tracking, anniversary and review date tracking, and employee record maintenance as the Human Resources Specialist
• Serve as a point of contact for applicants and internal teams while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information as the Human Resources Specialist
• Support ongoing HR operations while managing 15-20 open positions at any given time as the Human Resources Specialist

Qualifications for the Human Resources Specialist

• 2+ years of experience in HR administration, recruiting coordination, or related administrative roles
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills with strong data entry accuracy
