Salary: $107,000 - 157,300 per year Requirements:

• We require U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph.
• We are looking for someone with 10 years of experience plus an advanced degree, or 15 years of experience with a bachelors degree.
• We need demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar Agile software development role.
• We require experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and prioritizing work in Agile environments.
• We need experience working with cross-functional technical teams, including software developers, data engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
• We require experience translating complex mission or business needs into actionable development tasks.
• We are looking for familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• We require experience using Agile lifecycle tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• We need strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred: experience supporting Object-Based Intelligence, the Intelligence Community, or Department of Defense mission systems.
• Preferred: familiarity with enterprise ontologies, knowledge graphs, Semantic Web technologies, or data-centric mission applications.
• Preferred: experience managing products involving AI/ML, advanced analytics, data integration, or knowledge management capabilities.
• Preferred: experience with Human-Centered Design, UX principles, and user research methods.
• Preferred: an Agile product management certification such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, PMI-PBA, or equivalent.
• Preferred: experience supporting DevSecOps environments, continuous delivery, and iterative software releases.
• Preferred: experience facilitating collaboration and building consensus among Government stakeholders, technical teams, and operational users in complex mission environments.

• We define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and release strategy in alignment with Object-Based Intelligence mission goals.
• We own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring user stories, features, and acceptance criteria are clearly scoped, prioritized, and aligned with Government priorities.
• We collaborate with Government stakeholders, mission users, analysts, and technical teams to gather, assess, and refine functional and non-functional requirements.
• We translate mission needs into actionable user stories and epics that support Agile development and iterative delivery.
• We prioritize product capabilities and technical enhancements based on mission value, operational impact, risk, and resource limits.
• We participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, providing direction and clarification to the development team.
• We review completed work, validate acceptance criteria, and formally accept delivered capabilities to confirm they meet mission and quality expectations.
• We coordinate with ontology engineers, software developers, data engineers, and database engineers to ensure semantic data models, knowledge graph functionality, and enterprise integrations support product objectives.
• We monitor product performance, collect user feedback, and recommend improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and user experience.
• We maintain product documentation, release plans, feature roadmaps, and stakeholder communications throughout the product lifecycle.
• We support user acceptance testing, operational demonstrations, and deployment planning to help ensure successful delivery of mission capabilities.
• We provide product leadership and facilitate knowledge transfer with Government personnel and project team members.
