Residential & Commercial Sales Consultant (Base + Commission | $100K+ Potential)

Location: Duluth, GA

Lookout Pest Control is hiring a driven, competitive Sales Consultant to grow our Duluth market. This is a $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission role with a clear path to $100K+ for high performers.

What You’ll Own

Close warm inbound leads (INB)
Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and partnerships
Conduct property inspections and present customized solutions
Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and local businesses
Partner with technicians and inside sales to maximize opportunities
Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets

This is a field-based role, you’ll control your schedule, manage your pipeline, and drive your results.

What You Bring

Sales experience with measurable KPIs (required)
Confidence closing in person
Self-motivation and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work in the field and inspect properties (including crawl spaces)

Preferred Experience:

Pest control experience is a plus, but we hire for drive and coach the rest.
