Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a full‑time Clinical Liaison to build referral networks and support admissions to the acute rehabilitation unit. The role involves coordinating intake, performing clinical judgments, and educating patients and families about options. Ideal candidates hold an RN/PT/OT/SLP/RRT license with a bachelor’s degree and have some marketing/sales exposure, EMR experience, and a valid driver’s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lifepoint Health®
