What You'll Do You’ll take ownership of Career Services for the Atlanta campus and work directly with students, graduates, employers, and campus leadership. Your responsibilities will include: Build strong relationships with students before and after graduation Help graduates find employment in their field of study Develop relationships with hospitals, medical practices, healthcare organizations, and other employers Maintain and grow existing employer partnerships Connect employers with qualified graduates Conduct career-readiness workshops and student meetings Help students with interviewing, job searching, resumes, and career preparation Follow up with graduates throughout their employment search Track graduate employment and placement activity You may be a strong fit if you're: Professional and polished Personable and outgoing Comfortable meeting new employers Good at building trust with students Persistent with follow-up Organized and accountable Comfortable networking in the community Motivated by measurable results Someone who enjoys connecting people with opportunities You don't need to sit behind a desk all day to be successful here.
