Interventional Radiologist

Medical Imaging Associates (MIA) is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join their physician-led practice in Idaho Falls and Pocatello, Idaho. This role offers a high-percentage IR focus within a clinically sophisticated environment, providing opportunities for procedural diversity, clinical growth, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The position is employed and includes a competitive compensation package with a partnership track. Practice Info High-percentage interventional radiology practice Comprehensive IR service lines including interventional oncology, PAD, portal venous interventions, and outpatient vein services Participation in advanced vascular imaging interpretation (CTA, MRA, vascular ultrasound) Collaborative IR team environment supported by six dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Practice model designed to optimize procedural efficiency and patient continuity Regional PACS model enabling collaboration across subspecialties Responsibilities Manage large vessel occlusion stroke thrombectomy (onsite training and experience offered) Conduct outpatient clinic for complex consultation and follow-up Collaborate with referring providers and subspecialty colleagues Compensation The salary range for this position is $600,000-$800,000 Competitive base salary plus productivity-based bonus (radiology-specific workload model similar to RVUs) Sign-on bonus and financial relocation assistance Annual discretionary bonus Generous monthly stipend available for fellows in training Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Partnership track: One-year for experienced physicians; two-year path for new graduates Health & wellness coverage options 401k benefits Family planning and telehealth Shift & Schedule Day/1st Shift Full-time (30+ hrs/week) Requirements Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR) Comfortable with diagnostic radiology as appropriate Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Idaho (additional state licensure supported as needed) MQSA certification preferred but not required
