Radiology, Full-time radiologist

Medical Imaging Associates (MIA) is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Musculoskeletal Radiologist to join their established, physician-led practice in Idaho Falls, ID. This on-site, daytime position focuses on a high-quality MSK-focused case mix within a collaborative, subspecialty-supported environment. Provides comprehensive imaging services across Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and Utah

Group includes 30+ radiologists and advanced practice providers

Offers full spectrum of diagnostic and interventional radiology services in both hospital and outpatient settings

Responsibilities

Perform MSK-focused diagnostic imaging across multiple modalities, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, and radiography

Perform image-guided musculoskeletal procedures

Participate in general diagnostic coverage as part of a balanced practice model

Collaborate with on-site and regional subspecialists

Participate in a shared coverage model supported by a robust regional PACS

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus productivity-based bonus (radiology-specific workload model similar to RVUs)

Generous monthly stipend available for fellows in training

Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

The salary range for this position is $500,000-$700,000

Requirements

Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology

Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)

Comfortable with general diagnostic radiology

Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Idaho (additional state licensure supported as needed)

MQSA certification preferred but not required
