Summary: The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for planning and providing patient care for patients in accordance with established Nursing Standards of Care. They demonstrate initiative, knowledge and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs. They effectively manage patients by assuming full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. Qualifications/Requirements Education/Training: A graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN Preferred. Licensure: Current or conditional MA RN Licensure required Certifications: Maintains current American Heart Association BLS Work Experience: A minimum of two years current ambulatory nursing required. In addition, pediatric and OB/GYN experience is required for family sites. Linguistic Capabilities: Ability to speak a second language preferred.
