Note: Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required. Candidates must also have at least 1 year of legal support experience in a law firm setting. Job description Draft legal documents including routine pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories; file according to court procedures Research and analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal sources; prepare written summaries for attorneys Interview clients and witnesses; prepare statement summaries and assist with case strategy Organize and maintain case files, including evidence, exhibits, depositions, and pleadings Assist attorneys with trial preparation; attend hearings and trials as needed Track billable hours and maintain accurate case records Serve as a warm, organized first point of contact for prospective clients — evaluate inquiries, analyze case fit, and ensure every caller feels heard Schedule consultations for qualified prospects and manage new client onboarding paperwork and data entry Support marketing efforts and maintain relationships with referral partners and other law firms Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and correspondence Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken (required) 1+ year of legal support experience in a law firm setting (required) Paralegal certificate preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Solid understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and research methods Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure Professional, empathetic client-facing presence Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Why you will love working here Your bilingual skills are not just a checkbox here — they are central to how the firm serves its community You'll grow across multiple facets of litigation practice, from intake to trial prep The work is meaningful: every case you support represents a real person's fight for justice A collaborative, professional team that takes both the work and the client experience seriously A stable, established firm with a clear mission and a reputation for doing right by clients Benefits Dental insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Orion Placement
