Claims Customer Service Manager

Leading a team of Senior Customer Service Representatives, the full-time Claims Customer Service Manager will drive performance and deliver high-quality customer service experiences while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from Virginia. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a team to ensure high-quality, phone and transaction-based customer service Set performance expectations and oversee daily operations, utilizing data to optimize service delivery Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer and associate issues, ensuring timely resolution Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams Ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive service and operational improvements Demonstrated adaptability to change and management of evolving priorities Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering results High level of professionalism and accountability in customer service delivery
