Position: Registered Nurse

Location: Reno, NV

Department: Behavioral Health

Shifts Available: Per Diem - Days & Nights

Pay: $96/hr

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments
• Conduct crisis intervention and therapeutic groups
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress
• Educate and support patients and families
• Assist with diagnostics, rehabilitation, and recovery planning
• Perform other related nursing duties as assigned
• Provide direct patient care and assessments

Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Must have current and valid State license as a Registered Nurse.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Working knowledge of Mental Health Laws and practice standards.
4. Working knowledge of interdisciplinary treatment team process, behavioral health programming and daily nursing functions for inpatient and outpatient behavioral health units.
5. Minimum one year of RN behavioral health experience required.

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $96.00. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location.
