About the Role We are seeking an Entry‑Level Marketing Specialist to support promotional initiatives and customer engagement efforts within retail environments. This full‑time position is well suited for individuals interested in developing practical experience in marketing, communication, customer service, and business development. In this role, you will work alongside experienced team members to represent client brands, support promotional initiatives, and deliver professional customer experiences. Previous experience is not required; paid training and ongoing support are provided. What You’ll Do Engage professionally with customers to provide information about products, services, and promotions. Support the execution of in‑store marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. Respond to customer questions and help deliver a positive customer experience. Maintain knowledge of current product features, pricing, and promotional offerings. Assist with maintaining organized and professional promotional areas. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily objectives and campaign goals. Maintain accurate records of daily activities and required reporting. Represent True Stance and its clients in accordance with company standards and expectations. What We’re Looking For Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment. Reliable, organized, and team‑oriented. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid U.S. driver’s license required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred but not required. Interest in marketing, customer engagement, business development, or sales. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
