What You'll Do ● Connect with real estate investors and build your client base
● Match clients with exclusive off-market properties
● Guide deals from first conversation to closing
● Continue to grow your income using our proven systems and support from a team with decades of experience
Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals
Backgrounds in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service - or, career changers looking for income growth and advancement
Licensed agents, or those ready to get licensed
High performers who want control over their income and career growth, rather than a fixed ceiling or corporate ladder
● Performance-based compensation with uncapped commissions
● Independent contractor (1099) structure
● Full time In-office role with a collaborative, high-energy team
