Finance Manager

Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at South Charlotte Chevrolet in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for structuring and presenting finance and lease options to customers, securing approvals with lenders, and ensuring all contracts and documentation are accurate and compliant with regulatory and dealership standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing credit applications, explaining finance and protection products, collaborating closely with the sales team to finalize deals, and maintaining clear, professional communication with customers throughout the finance process. The Finance Manager monitors deal profitability, maintains up-to-date knowledge of lending programs and compliance requirements, and supports dealership leadership with reporting and process improvements. The role also involves promoting a transparent, customer-focused experience that aligns with the dealership’s commitment to exceptional service. Qualifications Strong financial analysis, deal structuring, and budgeting skills, with the ability to interpret credit reports and lender guidelines. Experience in automotive finance, banking, or related fields, including familiarity with F&I products, loan and lease programs, and compliance requirements. Excellent customer service, sales, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear, approachable manner. Solid administrative and organizational skills, including attention to detail in documentation, contracts, and regulatory recordkeeping. Proficiency with dealership management systems, finance software, and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing). Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Prior automotive dealership or F&I experience is highly beneficial, along with knowledge of federal and state finance and privacy regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
