HVAC Installation Crew LeaderCompany: AccuAir Heating & CoolingLocation: Central Oregon Ready to take the next step in your HVAC career? AccuAir Heating & Cooling is looking for a strong, experienced HVAC Installation Crew Leader who is ready to lead by example, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality residential and light commercial installations.As a locally owned company in Central Oregon, we value skilled professionals who take ownership of their work and want to grow with a supportive team that offers top-tier compensation and benefits.Compensation & BenefitsOur top Installers earn up to $100,000 per year Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceRetirement Plan with Company MatchPaid VacationPaid HolidaysPaid Sick LeaveTake-home company vehicle, iPad, phone, and uniformsTool programOngoing company-sponsored training and developmentSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (overtime available as needed)Pay: $40 - $50 per hour + Full Benefits PackageWhat You'll DoLead and supervise installation crews on residential and light commercial HVAC projectsPerform complete system installations to the highest quality standardsTrain, mentor, and support junior installers to improve team performanceMeasure, fabricate, and install round and rectangular ductworkBraze and test line sets, install equipment accessories, and complete low voltage connectionsMaintain clear communication with customers, team members, and other tradesManage job site documentation, change orders, and ensure projects are completed on timeRequirementsValid EPA Certification (Level 1 & 2)Extensive hands-on experience installing and fabricating ductworkStrong knowledge of sheet metal fittings and practicesProven ability to lead and motivate a crewExcellent communication skills with both customers and team membersValid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving recordReliable attendance and a strong work ethicAbility to safely work at heights and use hand/power toolsThis is a fantastic opportunity for a talented installer ready to step into a leadership role with excellent pay, a take-home vehicle, and long-term career stability at a respected local company.How to Apply: All candidates must apply online.
