IT Manager - OpenShift

Leading the Container Platforms Engineering and Operations team, the remote IT Manager - OpenShift will manage a team of over 10 professionals, driving technical strategy and overseeing the architecture and operations of OpenShift deployments to ensure reliability and scalability for critical applications. Key responsibilities Define and implement the technical vision and roadmap for container platforms, focusing on OpenShift deployments Oversee the design, build, and operations of OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availability and performance Manage and mentor a team of engineers and contractors, fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational goals Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in applications development, applications analysis, or systems engineering, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience Demonstrated leadership experience in technical implementation Knowledge of Standard Development Life Cycles (such as Waterfall or Agile) Understanding of system and data design
