Specialty Sales Representative - Cardiometabolic Rare Disease

The Position Specialty Sales Representative (launch and growth of cardiometabolic portfolio including Plozasiran). Responsibilities Develop and execute data‑driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives. Analyze territory data (prescribing trends, account potential, access landscape) to identify growth opportunities. Manage territory budget (speaker programs and promotional initiatives). Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education within approved labeling. Articulate complex clinical data/value propositions to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs; execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer‑to‑peer engagements. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders; coordinate within IDNs with Key Account Managers. Identify access barriers and collaborate with Market Access and patient services to support pull‑through. Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services; provide actionable field insights. Maintain compliance; document activity and manage CRM reporting. Travel ~30% travel; overnight travel as needed. Qualifications Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience required. 3+ years specialty/rare disease/cardiovascular strongly preferred. Success launching/expanding complex therapies; experience with access navigation and clinical depth. IDN/complex healthcare systems experience preferred. Skills / Competencies Data‑driven territory planning/account management; ability to interpret/communicate complex clinical data. Strong communication/presentation/relationship‑building; business acumen; resilience; proven achievement of targets; strong organization.
