QPS Employment Group is hiring a Material Handler for a company in Ixonia, WI. This is a potential to hire opportunity.

Material Handler Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to supply lines with necessary food supplies prior to packaging or final finished packaged food goods to be shipped
• Perform daily truck/trailer inspections to ensure equipment is safe and in working condition
• Monitor production lines and supplies packaging items as needed with use of forklift after certification
• Return unused packaging materials post-production to warehouse by performing physical inventory and scanning to the appropriate locations using RF guns
• Label and store materials and supplies within the warehouse and trailers according to part number/description
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for discrepancies and damages; document as necessary

Material Handler Requirements:

- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally throughout shift (8-10 hours)

- Ability to sit for long periods of time throughout shift (8-10 hours)

- Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and lift throughout shift (8-10 hours)

- Ability to do basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

- Ability to follow written and verbal directions

- Prior forklift experience (sit-down and/or stand-up)
