AI-Enabled Support Engineer - Cloud & Incident Ops

NRG Energy is seeking a Support Engineer to monitor, triage, document, and escalate production issues across customer-facing digital platforms and energy market systems. This role is ideal for an early-career IT professional building expertise in cloud operations, incident management, automation, and AI-assisted operations. You will monitor health using Dynatrace and CloudWatch, log and resolve incidents in ServiceNow, and contribute to runbooks while participating in 24x7 on-call rotations. #J-18808-Ljbffr NRG Energy
