Location: Onsite, Aurora, OH, 44202 Pay: $25/hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Length: up to 6 – months contract Join our dynamic finance team as an Accounts Payable Clerk and become a vital part of our company's financial operations. Must Haves:

• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Proficiency with ERP financial software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Proficiency with ERP financial software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to code invoices, vouchers, expense reports accurately
• Excellent investigation and problem-solving skills related to processing invoices and purchase orders
• Experience processing ACH transactions and wire transfers
• Ability to support monthly reports, closings, and vendor record maintenance
• 1099 familiarity, processing and monthly commission reporting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Experience working onsite in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and procedures
• Additional certifications such as CPA or QuickBooks proficiency

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial software

Other Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
