Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Loading Crew person. This position requires working from 1pm to 9pm in the Millwork Production area, which includes various roles such as Stain Tech, Flat Line, Custom Paint, Receiving, and Door Assembly.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and equipment for painting, veneering, and coating tasks.

• Perform packaging and finishing duties with precision and attention to detail.

• Assist in assembly tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Engage in general labor activities, including lifting and moving materials.

• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using tools for painting, veneering, and assembly.

• Capability to stand for the entire 8-hour shift.

• Six months of consistent work history in any industry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in production or general labor roles is advantageous.

• Ability to adapt to varying tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LA CROSSE, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
