Northrop Grumman is seeking an

Associate Financial Analyst.

This position will be located at our Aeronautics sector in El Segundo, CA. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Business Management Organization. Roles and Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Performs economic research and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and income statements. Prepares reports of findings and recommendations to management. Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for financial information systems considering such things as information flow, volume, and document format for data processing equipment. May provide analysis on business development and may monitor business performance by unit or division. Basic Qualifications for an Associate Financial Analyst (A01): A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must: Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by September 2026. Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start. Preferred Qualifications Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork, capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular). Pay Range Associate Financial Analyst(A01): $63,000 - $94,600 The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
